The first real trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has just been unveiled, promising an even more intense new opus.
Officialized a few weeks ago, Activision had shared the release date of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 a little early, without revealing. It’s really new production, developed by Infinity Ward. The given date of the release is on this day of June 8 in the evening.

For a little less than two minutes, we can totally enjoy the exchanges of fire and clashes of all kinds, highlighting the context of this episode, which reminded us about the sequel of Modern Warfare released in 2019. Several iconic characters from the Modern Warfare series can be seen in this trailer, which will undoubtedly delight every CoD player. Some passages also seem to indicate that the flagship missions will be back, for the most nostalgic among us.
It was also stated that the new gameplay mechanics in CoD Modern Warfare 2 would be available to the players. In addition, the Call of Duty franchise will indeed make a comeback on Steam, starting with the arrival of Modern Warfare 2 later this year.
We should have new images and, most importantly, all the information about this opus in the coming weeks and months. In the meantime, let’s remember that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is scheduled to be released on October 28, 2022, on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Series.
